Cách xóa

Mở Vozaki trên điện thoại (iPhone hoặc Android, phiên bản 0.8 trở lên).
Vào tab Cài đặt, kéo xuống cuối, bấm Xóa tài khoản.
Bấm Xóa vĩnh viễn để xác nhận. Cần có Internet để xóa phần trên máy chủ.

Dữ liệu bị xóa

Trên máy chủ, xóa ngay: tên người dùng (nếu có), hộp thư cùng mọi gói tin mã hóa đang chờ giao, mã nhận thông báo đẩy.
Trên điện thoại, xóa ngay: khóa mã hóa, danh bạ Vozaki, tin nhắn, ảnh đại diện.

Vozaki không lưu tin nhắn, danh bạ hay số điện thoại của bạn trên máy chủ, nên sau khi xóa, máy chủ không còn dữ liệu nào của tài khoản. Những tin bạn đã gửi vẫn nằm trên điện thoại của người nhận; chúng tôi không thể xóa chúng.

Nếu bạn không còn điện thoại

Gói tin chờ giao tự xóa sau tối đa 30 ngày. Để gỡ tên người dùng, gửi email tới hotro@vozaki.app kèm tên người dùng. Vì Vozaki không biết danh tính người dùng, chúng tôi sẽ hướng dẫn cách xác minh trước khi gỡ.

Delete your Vozaki account

In the Vozaki app (iPhone or Android, version 0.8 or later): open Settings, scroll to the bottom, tap Xóa tài khoản (Delete account), then Xóa vĩnh viễn (Delete permanently). An Internet connection is needed to delete the server part.

Deleted immediately on the server: your username (if any), your mailbox with every encrypted envelope waiting for delivery, and your push token. Deleted on the phone: encryption keys, Vozaki contacts, messages and profile photo. Nothing about the account remains on our servers. Messages you already sent stay on the recipients' phones and cannot be deleted by us.

No longer have the phone? Waiting envelopes are deleted automatically after 30 days at most. To remove a username, email hotro@vozaki.app with the username; because Vozaki does not know who its users are, we will explain how to verify ownership first.
